DIAPHRAGM GAS SAMPLING PUMP AMP 416
CHEMICALLY AND TEMPERATURE RESISTANT
Wetted Parts out of PTFE
Application
The AMP416Diaphragm Pumps offer a high level of performance despite their small size, as well as an excellent price performance ratio.
They are required especially in the fields of chemistry industry, environmental and production technology.
Beside other applications, pumps are used for gas measurement, for example for sampling gases from the ambient environment, or for exhaust gas and smoke analysis.
Easy installation and adaptation to a variety of processes.
Description
The AMPDiaphragm Gas Sampling Pumps are based on a
simple principle - an elastic diaphragm, fixed on its edge, moves up and down point its central by means of an eccentric.
Thus, the medium is transferred via automatic valves..
The gas-bearing parts of the chemically- resistant gas pumps are made of PTFE, so they are able to withstand even highly aggressive gases and vapors.
A variety of technical versions, like the AMP 46B (with an adjustable flow rate for adapting to the current process conditions) and the temperatureresistant AMP 46T(for hot gases and vapors), expand the range of possible applications.
· Pure transferring, evacuation and compression of air, gases and vapours
· No contamination of the media due to oil-free operation
· Maintenance-Low
· Chemically-resistant models transferring high aggressive and corrosive gases and vapours.
· High level of gas tightness: approx. 6 x 10-3 mbar x l/s
· Very quiet and little vibration
· Cool running motor even when in constant use
· Temperature resistant version up to 200 °C
· Can operate in any installed position

CHEMICALLY RESISTANT MINI
SAMPLING PUMP
CHEMICALLY AND TEMPERATURE RESISTANT
Application
ANKERSMID Mini Diaphragm Pumps are used frequently in the fields of gas sampling
chemistry industry and environmental technology.
Beside other applications, pumps are used for gas measurement,
for example for sampling gases out of the ambient environment,
or for exhaust gas and smoke analysis.
Easy installation and adaptation to a variety of processes.
Description
The Mini Diaphragm Gas Sampling Pumps are based on a simple principle – an elastic diaphragm, fixed on its edge,
moves up and down point its central by means of an eccentric.
Thus, the medium is transferred via valves.
The new range of AMP57 Pumps for the first time is equipped with the patented stress-optimized structured diaphragm, resulting in a durable product of high pneumatic performance and compact size.
Special valves ensure minimum resistance to flow.
Due to the modular system, the parts used to transfer the gases
can be made of materials with various degrees of durability.
The pumps can be operated by either standard AC, or ex-proof motors with various options on voltages and frequencies.

Application
Diaphragm pumps have become the standard in many analytical
applications.
Based on their design, they work without any lubrication.
Often hot gases need to be analysed, and the gas must not be
allowed to cool down when it is transferred from the source being
checked, to the analyser as the constituent parts could condense
out, leading to faulty results.
To overcome these problems hot gases are pumped using diaphragm
pumps with heated heads.
All models are characterised by an even spread of temperature
throughout the pump head and highly efficient insulation.
Description
The temperature-resistant and heated Diaphragm Vacuum Pumps are based on a simple principal
- an elastic diaphragm, fixed on its edge, moves up and down its central point by means of an eccentric.
In this way the medium is transferred using automatic valves.
Pumps for this new range are available in three different versions:
· A resistant to temperature version up to 240 °C T
- A heated version (240 °C) with thermostatic temperature control TC
· A heated version for temperatures up to 240 °C with electronic temperature control EC with PC software .
· Uncontaminated flow of the media (oil-free operation)
· Low maintenance required
· No condensation in the pump head
· Low heat loss to surroundings
· Easy access to the pump head
· Energy efficient heating
· Electronically controlled heating system
· PC software for controlling the pump via a PC and documentation of all operational data
· Gas tight:
· Leakage < 6 x 10-3 mbar.l/s
ANKERSMID AMP 26C
Mini Diaphragm Vacuum Pump
Description
Series AMP 26C diaphragm pumps are single-head, dry-running devices used in a wide range of applications. They
transfer, compress and pump down without contamination.
The heart of these very compact pumps is a structured diaphragm. This patented diaphragm was stress-optimized
using the Finite Elements method. As a result, we were able to make the pumps smaller while increasing the service life
of the diaphragm. The pumps are available in various versions differing in the
materials which contact the media.
