Application
ANKERSMID Universal Filters is a well-known and reliable technique for separating particles from gas.
At the same time the special construction separates the potential liquid on the bottom of the filter-housing.
Thanks to it’s universal design, the filters can also be used with different filter elements which can be easily replaced without any additional tool
If needed a liquid sensor can be installed at the bottom.
Description
The modular construction allows us to use:
• Different filter element materials: PTFE, Ceramics, SS316, glass-fibre.
• Elements with lengths of 75 or 150 mm
• PTFE or Stainless Steel head
• Glass or Stainless Steel filter body
• Closed or outlet at the bottom (for condensate alarm)
The extent of soiling condition can be seen from the outside, in case of glass body.
A special bracket is available to place these filters on the Ankersmid Modular System.
The filter unit can be rotated about 180° in the holder for wall mounting or Ankersmid Modular System. This allows a flexible adaptation of in- and outlet to local conditions.
• Universal in use
• Modular construction
• High variety of materials
• Deep-acting filter element
• Reliable separation of solids
• Wall mounting
• Easy maintenance
