Ankersmid Shanghai Representative Office has been awarded the distribution rights of Chemunex SA. We are currently hiring a Micro Biologist for the position of Sales Manager who will be in charge with the introduction of this product line to the Chinese market.

Job Description

As a Sales Manager your first responsibility for market development and sales. After developing your sales tools (brochures, etc) and doing market research you will start targeting key customers to ensure a quick an successful penetration of this product in the market. Establishing contacts with key scientists and institutes will also be an essential part of your job. In the initial stages you will also provide technical after sales support to Ankersmid¡¯s clients. This position will offer an interesting combination of many different responsibilities. Ankersmid China has excellent support staff and will also provide you with a proper product training and sales support.

 Job Requirements, about You

- PhD or Master Degree in microbiology
- Preferably over 35 years old
- Well-connected in the industry
- Proven ability of independently developing new markets and customer bases
- Familiar with the complete sales process
- Fluent in written & spoken English
- Excellent presentation, communication and inter-personal skills
- You will be based in our Shanghai office

Job Description:  Experienced Technical Engineer

Ankersmid Shanghai is currently recruiting a technical engineer to assist our sales team with the installation and service of our laboratory and online product lines. As a Technical Engineer it will be your responsibility to perform instrument installations, and provide service for our installed base. You will also help create Chinese language operating manuals and translate operating software into Chinese. Ankersmid China will provide a proper product training overseas.

Job Requirements

- You have a 5 years proven track record in the installation and servicing of a wide range of different high end analytical instruments, preferably in sorption and high pressure applications.

- As you will have frequent contact with our foreign manufactures you must be fluent in written and spoken English

- You have experience in chemical and physical testing and are able to understand our clients applications

- You hold a chemical engineering degree

- You have excellent presentation, communication and inter-personal skills

- you have a proven ability of independently developing new markets and customer bases
- You are familiar with the complete sales process
- You have excellent presentation, communication and inter-personal skills
- You are well-connected in the industry and can tap into a wide network of sales agents
